Q. How much does a home inspection cost? 

A.  Our rates range from $350 up to $450 depending on the sizes of the property

Q. How long does a home inspection take to complete?

A. A home inspection generally takes around 3 hours on average to complete, many factors can affect this such as age and size of house.

Q. Who can be present at the home inspection?

A. Anyone who is involved in the sale of the house can be present but most often it is the buyer and the buyers agent. It is highly recommended for the buyer to be present to get the most out of the inspection.

Q. Do you cover outside the Orillia area?

A. Yes we cover all of Simcoe County and parts of Muskoka, If the house is more than 100 km out of our service area there may be a small travel fee.

Q. How long will it take to receive our report?

A. In most cases you will receive your report on the same day, if the inspection is wrapped up late in the evening you will receive your report the following morning.
